The Lake Trafford Boys"The Middle School Years Part 1"
Available June 1, 2021!
Summer’s adventures vanquishing bullies is over and long gone are the days of playgrounds, classroom parties, and field trips. Nodd enters his last year of little league football glory while learning to navigate the world of academia, socializing, and transitions at home. Never has this 6th grader been in school without his siblings and the kids of Lake Trafford present. How will he deal with making new friends, experiencing puberty, and putting away childish ways? Most importantly, a major transition happens. Will the lake Trafford Boys adjust and overcome, or be broken and shatter?
The lessons learned and friendships forged in this ongoing funny and heart-felt story, relates to any and everyone who dares read it. Taking place in the mid 1990’s, these kids arguably were the last generation that actually played outside instead of on video games and the internet.
“Time is ticking and we gotta get to class. Before we do, let’s explore the halls and get in good with the upperclassmen.” Nodd places a crooked smile on his face and gestures with his eyes to come along for the ride.
